Artichoke soup

1-4 Artichokes.




1/2 cup yogurt.

1 tablespoon margarine.

2 cups water.


Prepare  artichokes by peeling off the  leaves and removing chokes from the center of artichokes. Soak them in water with lemon.

Melt margarine in a pot;  add flour to it then artichokes and stir for 5 minutes. Pour water over it  and heat until artichoke is cooked. Add yogurt and celery, boil soup for 5 minutes then serve hot.
