Ingredients

  • • 12 canned pieces of artichoke.
  • • 1/2 a cup of canned peas.
  • • 3 carrots.
  • • 6 small white onions.
  • • 1/2 a sour lemon.
  • • 1/4 a bunch of parsley.
  • • Salt
  • olive oil

Methods

Step 1

• Wash the pieces of artichoke with cold water then filter and put it in a pot filled in the bottom with oil to make it saute.

Step 2

the stuff preparation: • Peel carrot and mince it finely, then boil it in water.

Step 3

• Peel the onions and mince it finely.

Step 4

• Wash the peas with water.

Step 5

• Mix the boiled carrot with onions and peas then fill artichoke pieces with this mix.

Step 6

• Sprinkle the adequate amount of salt and a little of hot water and sour lemon juice.

Step 7

• Cook in a backburner and serve it cold.
