1 kg Anchovy fish.

2 crusty onion, grated.

2 tomatoes, grated.

1/2 parsley bunch, finely chopped.

1 teaspoon cumin.

1 teaspoon black pepper.

1 teaspoon salt.

1/2 small cup oil.

1/2 lemon juice.


Clean the fish and remove fishbone and heads.

In a bowl add onion, tomatoes, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Blend the ingredients well. Now the stuffing is ready.

Stuff the fish and roll then arrange in the baking dish. Then pour oil and lemon juice over the fish.

Cook the fish in a preheated oven in 200 degrees C for 30 minutes then serve hot.
