2 cups rice.

3 cups meat broth.

3 tablespoons butter.

100 g meat, minced.

1 onion.

1 garlic clove.

1 small cup Pistachio.

1/2 cup muhshi nuts.

1 small cup raisins.



Grate onion, add meat, garlic, and salt over it and blend well until the meat dough is ready. Cut the dough into small pieces ( nuts size) and roll it then fry it ( parboil if you want).

Soak raisins with water until they swell up. Parboil pistachio for 5 minutes and peel. Resins the rice and drain . heat oil over a pot then place the rice over it. add muhshi nuts with stirring.

Add meat broth, meat balls, and pistachio to the rice. Cook the rice for 15-20 minutes then add raisins. Serve hot.
