Ingredients

  • • 2 cups of semolina.
  • • 2 cups of flour.3 spoons of powdered milk.
  • • 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil.
  • • 1 spoon of instant yeast.
  • • Syrup.
  • • Sesame.
  • • Fennel.
  • • Anise.
  • • Oil for frying.
  • • Water for kneading.

Methods

Step 1

• Rub flour and semolina with oil, then add milk, yeast, sesame, anise and fennel, then add a teacup of water and not more than this, then knead well (the dough must be solid a little) then make it into small balls.

Step 2

• Take every ball and then twirl it on the grater lightly, then fry it with oil after finishing from the remaining amount.

Step 3

• The color will be blonde and then it will fall in
